HEALTH IS WEALTH



A healthy mind breeds a healthy body & visa-Versa


Think  positively

Positive thinking leads to solving the problems of day-to-day life with ease, it also gives the motivation to proceed further whatsoever the situation arises.

Be happy

Always try to remain happy by satisfying in your present position because it's better than the worst. 
I remember a story of a holy person feeling jealous of a rich, who use to come once a year to a place of worship for prayer than too he was rich while the holy person was praying daily without fail & he was not rich, but when the holy person has seen a disabled person coming to the place of worship, he thanks God for a healthy body  



Worry less

In our customs, we say " Chinta Chita saman hai" which means worry is equal to death, it works like a slow poison for the body, eliminating worries & stress( unnecessarily) to remain fit. I advise you to involve yourself  in your favourite activities to remove worries 


Stay strong

Physical strength comes from mental strength. In all the martial arts in the modern world which are been derived from Indian Vedas & Granth( Dhanurveda, Shastrasastr, Mallayuda, Musti- yudda) it is been insisted to develop internal strength for external strength. Meditation, Yoga helps to stay strong 


Love often

Love has its own power, as much love, we spread through humanity, we gain internal energy to abolish hate from over life & give peace in our minds. 

Eat healthily

It's advisable to use the naturally produced ingredient in your food to remain healthy. Overeating, hunger, and junk food are not good for health. It's also advisable to take little food  four to five times a day  maintaining an interval of time 


Work hard

Work is Worship is an old saying, work burns the extra calories, work also gives physical & mental exercise, work also gives satisfaction hence peace, it also helps to keep away from evil thoughts, remember Empty mind is a Devil's workshop. HAHAHA

A morning walk in a garden is the best exercise to get the full supply of oxygen from the trees  to the body, Yoga is also one of the best exercises provided by a trained instructor & Medical advice in the cause of any health issues 



Dance more

Dance is also one of the forms of exercise, the benefit of this exercise is that it works as a stimulating factor to boost mental relaxation. It's been guided by Lord Shiva
