Worry less
In our customs, we say " Chinta Chita saman hai" which means worry is equal to death, it works like a slow poison for the body, eliminating worries & stress( unnecessarily) to remain fit. I advise you to involve yourself in your favourite activities to remove worries
Stay strong
Physical strength comes from mental strength. In all the martial arts in the modern world which are been derived from Indian Vedas & Granth( Dhanurveda, Shastrasastr, Mallayuda, Musti- yudda) it is been insisted to develop internal strength for external strength. Meditation, Yoga helps to stay strong
Love often
Love has its own power, as much love, we spread through humanity, we gain internal energy to abolish hate from over life & give peace in our minds.
Eat healthily
It's advisable to use the naturally produced ingredient in your food to remain healthy. Overeating, hunger, and junk food are not good for health. It's also advisable to take little food four to five times a day maintaining an interval of time
Work hard
Work is Worship is an old saying, work burns the extra calories, work also gives physical & mental exercise, work also gives satisfaction hence peace, it also helps to keep away from evil thoughts, remember Empty mind is a Devil's workshop. HAHAHA
